摘要:
在对煤矿安全管理中存在的风险源进行辨识的基础上,分析风险的演化机理,建立了煤矿安全管理风险演化机理模型,揭示了安全管理监控系统、管理组织、管理模式、管理能力、管理要素五类18项风险因子在风险诱因(管理失范)的促动作用下进行演化的规律。实验证明,该模型具有很好的适用性,此研究对于指导煤矿安全生产具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:
On the basis of risk sources identification in the coal mine safety management, the evolution mechanism of risk was analyzed and the evolution model was established, which revealed the evolution of 18 risk factors of five categories (safety monitor system, management organization, management mode, management ability, management elements) under the actuating effect of misconduct. Experiment proved that the model has good applicability. The study is of great significance to guide the coal mine safety production and management.
