摘要:
根据事前、事中和事后三个环节的预防、监测、控制和恢复等能力的研究,分析了煤矿企业应急救援能力评价指标间的作用关系。根据煤矿企业应急救援能力评价指标的选取过程,提出了评价指标之间关系的理论假设;通过实证分析,运用结构方程模型验证了提出的理论假设,实证结果表明每个评价指标对煤矿企业应急救援能力具有不同的影响方式和不同的影响程度。据此,给出了提升煤矿企业应急救援能力的建议
Abstract:
The relationship among evaluation indicators of emergency rescus capability for coal mining enterprises was analyzed from four aspects, namely prevention, monitoring, control and recovery among before, during and after three stages. Through the choose of evaluation indicators emergency rescus capability of coal mining enterprises,the theoretical assumption of the relationship among evaluation indicators was proposed. Through the empirical analysis, the test on the proposed theoretical assumption of the relationship among evaluation indicators was conducted by structural equation model. The result showed that each indicator has different influential ways and influential degree on the emergency rescus capability of coal mining enterprise. Based on this conclusion, the related improved proposals were put forward.
